This Collaboration Case Note describes TAI funder members’ efforts to exchange experiences and learn from each other’s Organizational Effectiveness (OE) approaches. All of TAI’s core members participated in a series of group phone calls with some members holding bilateral in-person meetings.
The primary achievement of these efforts was learning and experience sharing that enabled members with less OE experience to use positive practice from other funders to set standards within their own institutions. For the collaboration to be more efficient in any future endeavours, it needs to set clear expectations and establish clear roles and counterparts from the start.
