A limited series learning product, the COVID-19 Monitor is a brief qualitative analysis and reflection tool to help Transparency and Accountability Initiative (TAI) funder collaborative follow transparency, civic participation, and accountability (TPA) issues during the pandemic and beyond.
This third, and final issue focuses on research and learning during a pandemic. We analyzed a total of 90 calls for and/or newly produced research or other evidence pieces based on practice and experience. We also explored the frequencies and types of questions posed and insights and recommendations formed around the TPA issues. Finally, we dove into funders’ place and role in this learning landscape and offered our reflections for TPA goals and sector.
