Collaboration Case Notes

This Collaboration Case Note describes the Transparency and Accountability Initiative (TAI)’s efforts to generate evidence to inform member discussions and expectations and refine its collaborative strategy beyond 2019. As a result, TAI commissioned an external evaluation and partnered with a strategy consultant to transition to strategy refresh.

The evaluation process engaged a diverse range of collaborative funder members including and beyond the Steering Committee. The evaluation evidence emphasized the importance of organizational and strategic clarity as drivers of fruitful collaboration.
