Collaboration Case Notes

This Collaboration Case Note describes the use of TAI platform to help members make sense of the global pandemic, its repercussions for their grantees, and their own funder strategies. Actions included TAI Secretariat-convened and facilitated calls, as well as intelligence gathering and synthesis via a three-part COVID-19 Monitor series.

While collaboration on and around COVID-19 was unexpected and evolved over time, members reported learning from each other and embraced the space to compare notes – although some would have welcomed more follow-up.
